Cute but not practical

So sad about this bag, it’s gorgeous but the straps won’t stay in place. They won’t stay in the buckle which is really annoying, makes it unfunctional.

Bag defect

I'm so sad I didn't read the reviews before buying. This bag is cute and it's the perfect size however the straps come apart not staying put in the metal buckle. I also noticed scratches on the bag that made it seem as if it was previously worn ( black) I asked for a replacement however now reading the reviews I don't think my problem is resolved. ...
