Not happy really with the product quality

The t-shirt came and it was perfect design perfect fit but after seeing the top up close it came with slight scuffs and already has a hole I don’t know whether it is because of the material but haven’t worn it yet due to the hole and scuffs and don’t know how to go about it? Can send photos but have not got the packaging to send it back
