Uncomfortable to wear, unfortunately

So excited about using this, but for some reason it kept digging into my shoulders; I'm between a medium and a large so ordered an L thinking it would be comfortable, however it's way too uncomfortable, even after removing the straps at the back. Unfortunate, as I can't wear it at all, it's sitting in my wardrobe :(

Straps too tight and impossible to adjust!

I always order size M in Gymshark sports bras and it's usually fine! This was the only model where size M was too tight, especially the straps! For consistency in sizing, I think Gymshark should review this.
