Great for gym or studio session
They move with you. When you stretch, flex, or twist, they do the same. Also the waist band just holds up, which is great. The only negative is that the pockets don't zip up.

Great for workouts
When I dont train in leggings I like to train in joggers, but not the thick ones. For women there arent many so I turned to the mens section and boy these did not disappoint! The blue colour is beautiful and the fabric is very light and airy, perfeyct for my kickbox workout. Also, pockets! Minus one star for not being for women.
