If you haven't already heard the news, we're heading back to The 305. Only this time, we're making our LIFT event BIGGER and better than ever before. We've taken what you loved about our last event: athlete meet and greets, competitions, dancing, and prizes, but that's only just the start...
This year, we're travelling to the art district with some of the very best athletes in the field. From PR cages to a pop-up retail store with exclusive merch and some long lasting memorabilia (more on that later), this is going to be unlike anything we've ever done for our past events.

Wait. What Is A Gymshark LIFT Event?
Gymshark Lift events are the place where the Gymshark Community comes together to celebrate not just the culture of lifting, but the future of the sport.
From a selection of workshops that have been designed to help you up your numbers, to meeting your favorite athletes, taking part in competitions, seminars and having the opportunity to win a number of prizes, each Lift event is different but it's always the hub where the Gymshark Family meet.

General Admission
Please note that you will need a general admission ticket to get into #LiftMiami. This will grant you access to the main event space, free-train zones, meet and greet areas, and the main stage.
*Seats and availability for Main Stage acts will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.

What's Different This Year?
We're heading back to The 305. So naturally, we're going to do things a little differently.
Think better. Think BIGGER.
We're heading to an entirely new venue, and with it comes new activations. From tattoo artists, to things that we're not yet allowed to announce (just yet) it's time to experience a Gymshark LIFT event like never before. Stay tuned for more details.
When Are Tickets For Lift Miami Live?
Tickets for Lift Miami 2025 are live now, and are 100% free.

Is There An Age Restriction To Attend a Lift Event?
There's no age limit for general admission, but if you wish to take part in any add-ons: seminars/workouts, you'll need to be over the age of 18!
Are Lift Events Beginner-Friendly?
Gymshark Lift events welcome EVERYONE - from beginners to workout veterans. We have a number of seminars for you to learn, and a variety of workouts for you to then put everything into practice.
And if you don't fancy doing a workout? No stress. Grab a general admission ticket and take it all in - from brand partner activations to exclusive apparel drops, immersive zones and more. There's something here for every kind of lifter... even the rest-day kind.
Are There Changing & Shower Facilities At Lift Events?
Need to try before you buy?
Our store areas at the event have dedicated changing rooms, so you can get the right fit before you check out.
Just a heads up: there won't be any shower facilities at the event.
Can I Do My Own Workout At Lift Events?
Every LIFT event has a dedicated free-train zone, fully kitted out so you can do your thing, your way. Whether you’re flying solo or jumping in with the rest of the Gymshark Community, the space is yours.
Oh, and don’t be surprised if an athlete or two drops in mid-set to turn the heat up...
Are Dogs Allowed?
The question we knew you all really wanted to ask...
Dogs are allowed to attend this particular Lift event - all we ask is that they're kept on a lead and that they're a big fan of Gymshark.
