Great but size up!
Theses work great. I sized up based on reviews and they are snug but not restrictive. I use them for dance (lots of sliding on me knees) and the even provide a little support to the knees.

Sizing is horrendous
Ordered the small, could barely get past my ankles. Swapped them for the medium and i still can't get them up my calf. I've never had to go past a medium in anything and now i feel like i've been messed around with for two weeks.
